At Xanthia Naturals, we aim to deliver your order efficiently while maintaining the quality and care our products deserve. Please read our shipping policy to understand how and when your order will be shipped.

 

1. Processing & Dispatch Times

• As a small business, we currently ship orders twice a week - on Tuesdays and Fridays.
• Orders placed by 12:00 PM (UK time) on a shipping day will be dispatched the same day.
• Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on non-shipping days will be processed on the next available shipping day.

 

2. Delivery Times

• All orders are shipped within the UK and typically arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery times may be affected by postal delays or other factors beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Rates

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and delivery location.
• Free shipping may be offered during promotions or when order thresholds are met (details will be provided on product pages).

 

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (if applicable).
• Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

 

5. Shipping Issues
