Returns Policy

At Xanthia Naturals, we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, here’s everything you need to know about returns and cancellations.

 

 

Your Right to Cancel (UK Online Orders)

 

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items.

 

To qualify for a refund:

 

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in saleable condition, with original packaging intact.
  • You must notify us in writing before returning any items.

 

To start the process, please email us at info@xanthianaturals.com with the subject line “Return Enquiry” and include:

 

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if item is damaged or faulty)

 

Please wait for confirmation and instructions from our customer service team before sending anything back.


Refund Processing Time

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and passed inspection, please allow 7–10 working days for the refund to be processed.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and you will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
 Please note: depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.


 

Return Conditions

 

Refunds are only issued if the return:

 

  • Is approved via email
  • Is received within 14 days of delivery
  • Meets the above condition (sealed, unused, original packaging)

 

️Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with (except where damaged in transit) are not eligible for a refund.
 

 

Returns Shipping

 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We are not liable for items lost in transit - we strongly recommend using a tracked or insured delivery service.
  • If your return is accepted, any original shipping fees paid at checkout will also be refunded.

Additional Terms

 

  • Refunds are only processed after the item has been received and inspected.
  • We reserve the right to decline a return if the product is damaged, tampered with, or unsellable.
  • Discounted and limited edition items are final sale, unless faulty or damaged.
  • Repeated return abuse or suspicious refund activity may result in future orders being declined.

 

     This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
